Community Health Care Center Plan to Purchase Rocky Mountain Building

Although NeighborWorks is no longer apart of the project, NWGF is pleased as this is another step forward in downtown development!

The Community Health Care Center plans to purchase the long-time vacant Rocky Mountain Building. While NeighborWorks Great Falls did have interest, the single seller contingency was the opportunity to pursue other offers if they became available. NeighborWorks' end goal is community revitalization and NWGF is pleased a local group has taken interest. Sherrie Arey, NWGF Executive Director expressed hope and well wishes for the new endeavor, "The Rocky Mountain building has had a long standing development interest in our community and we are hopeful the CHCC can renovate the property to its' fullest potential. We're constantly working towards stronger neighborhoods and a stronger community and we're confident the development of this building will do just that - kuddos to CHCC for being a part of downtown development!"
