For 40 years, NeighborWorks Great Falls has been working to create stronger neighborhoods and successful homeowners to strengthen our community and provide a better place for us all to live. From homebuyer education and financial counseling to the Owner Built Homes Program and down payment assistance, we are here for our neighbors who need a hand up with homeownership.
However, we are not the only organization doing this work. Nationwide, over 200 community-based organizations are members of the National NeighborWorks Network, dedicated to creating healthy neighborhoods in their own communities. Together, we are leading community development efforts with similar missions across the country.
This week, June 6th-13th, we celebrate NeighborWorks Week, where we collectively raise awareness and showcase our impact in the communities we serve. The City of Great Falls has officially proclaimed June 6th-13th, 2020 as NeighborWorks Week in recognition of this annual celebration. To commemorate NeighborWorks Week in our community, NeighborWorks Great Falls is providing a Homeowner Giveaway from Jonas Sprinklers & Fertilizers for one select care package, a $395.50 value!
There are two ways to win, and you will be entered into the drawing twice by participating in both events:
Post a photo on Facebook of you and your home, including a short message about your own homeownership story. Do not forget to tag NeighborWorks Great Falls to be entered into the drawing! Your photo will be shared on our page during NeighborWorks Week.
Stop by our booth downtown on 5th Avenue to learn more about NeighborWorks, pick up some goodies, including ear savers for your face masks, and take a photo in front of the murals. Those who take and share a photo will also be entered to win the homeowner giveaway! Our booth will be set up on Thursday, June 11 from 4-6 pm.
