Dream Street Tours

One of NWGF's most well-known programs is the Owner Built Homes. This program allow participants to earn substantial equity by working with a group of other families to help build each others' homes from the ground up. Their labor is called “sweat equity” and is what makes these homes affordable.  The group commits to building 10 homes together, and no one can move in until all 10 homes have been completed. This Summer, 185 homes will have been built through this program. The current build site, called Meriwether Crossing, is the 5th group in this neighborhood. NWGF invites you to come see the neighborhood as well as walk through the almost completed, newest 10 Owner Built Homes.
