About Our Loan Products
NeighborWorks Great Falls knows that a conventional mortgage doesn't fit every family. We offer loan products for both our neighbors above and below 80% Area Median Income (see the chart below). In order to utilize our loan products, you are required to attend our Homebuyer Education course, as well as a personalized homeownership appointment to ensure future success. While not required, our loan products also pair well with the Matched Savings Program!
Loan Products
NeighborWorks Great Falls works with lenders who provide affordable housing lending. Our lender partners work directly with the borrowers and then send a package (see Reservation Checklist) to NeighborWorks Great Falls for processing. NeighborWorks Great Falls lending staff work closely with the lender throughout the process to ensure a timely approval and closing.
