Donations allow NeighborWorks Great Falls to help families attain affordable, quality housing and help to revitalize our neighborhoods. Once settled in a decent affordable home or apartment, a family has better health outcomes, is more stable and their children do better in school.  The long-term value of our work has been well-documented and extends far beyond housing - NeighborWorks' work grows the local economy and Neighborhood stability. NeighborWorks has made a huge impact on Great Falls since 1980 and we hope to continue that impact for many more years with your support.

Endowment Campaign

An endowment creates an income stream for the future that assures good work can continue, regardless of the variations of Federal and foundation funding. Our endowment goal is $2.5 million which will allow NeighborWorks Great Falls to provide homes and mortgages, education and planning to create successful homeowners for years to come, despite rapidly shrinking federal funds. Please see our video and endowment brochure below for more information.

The endowment qualifies for the Montana Endowment Tax Credit. Businesses earn a 20% tax credit for their charitable cash contributions, up to a maximum credit of $10,000 per year. For individuals, the tax credit is 40% of a planned gift charitable contribution up to a maximum credit of $10,000 per year, per taxpayer. All contributions to the endowment are tax deductible for Federal Income Tax purposes. For questions or more information, please contact our office at 406-761-5861.

Annual Fund

Donations to NeighborWorks annual fund can be allocated to one of the following options:

  • General - Funds will be unrestricted and allocated to our greatest need

  • Community Building - Donations will be used to support our work with downtown safety, resident leadership, and more

  • High School House/Construction  Donations will be used for our neighborhood revitalization work and/or High School House construction
