One Family at a Time

Since its launch in November, countless families and individuals have become homeowners through NeighborhoodLIFT. Although all the LIFT money is reserved at this time, the effects of this program will last for generations to come, as many of those who are purchasing homes are doing so for the very first time. One specific family could not be more grateful for LIFT after learning about the program shortly after moving to Great Falls.

Jace and Amy, along with their two children and two dogs, recently moved to Great Falls for career opportunities. Originally from Butte, they are ready to settle down with their family right here in this community. Jace explained his journey around the state of Montana, living in Glendive and Forsyth, and he could not be more excited to call Great Falls home.

Many others just like Jace and Amy moved into their new homes over the last several months including teachers, military personnel, and young professionals in the trades. NeighborWorks is proud to create successful homeowners while continuing to promote quality, affordable housing within our neighborhoods. Since 1980, we have been helping people just like this with their journey into homeownership, and we are humbled by the generosity of this community that supports these efforts. So, congratulations to not only these new homeowners but the 2,200+ first time homebuyers over the last 40 years!
